These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between wager ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses this Platform ("User", "you"). By creating an account on wager or using the Platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to wager's website, mobile application, and all associated services. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Betting Policy also apply alongside these Terms.
To use wager, you need to create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.
For your security, wager follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents before making a withdrawal or after reaching a certain transaction threshold. Any one of the following documents is generally accepted:
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use wager's services. Minors are not permitted to register or access the Platform under any circumstances. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation.
Wager is committed to protecting minors. If anyone is found operating an account on behalf of or through a minor, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Registration and betting on wager may not be available from certain countries or regions. It is your responsibility to comply with the local laws of your country. wager cannot be held liable for any legal restrictions applicable to the user.
Wager currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited instantly.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is an important anti-money laundering measure.

Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 90 days) may be charged a ৳100 inactivity fee per month. However, your balance will never be taken below zero.
Before placing a bet on wager, review the odds and event details carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless wager itself revises the odds.
Wager may void a bet and refund the original stake in the following circumstances:
In Live Betting, odds change in real time. A bet is not confirmed until the system acknowledges it. wager is not responsible for bets that fail due to network issues.
The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳50,00,000 (fifty lakh BDT). For accumulator bets, the maximum payout is ৳1,00,00,000 (one crore BDT). Any winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the applicable cap only.
Wager always strives to display accurate odds. However, if incorrect odds are shown due to human or technical error, wager reserves the right to cancel bets confirmed at those odds. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
Wager offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Claiming a bonus means you agree to those specific terms.
Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement, meaning you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳10,000.
Wager's weekly cashback is added directly as usable balance and can be withdrawn with no wagering requirement. To qualify, a minimum of ৳2,000 must have been wagered in the previous week.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wager platform. Violations will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

Wager's security team monitors activity across all accounts. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending verification.
Wager reserves the right to close any account without notice due to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. If an account is closed due to a breach, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Once your account is closed, it may not be possible to register a new account using the same mobile number or email address.
As part of responsible betting, you may take a break for 7 days, 1 month, or permanently. During this period, you will not be able to log in to your account, and no bonus or promotional communications will be sent to you.
Betting is a risky activity. wager does not guarantee any specific outcome or winnings. wager is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting.
By placing bets, you acknowledge that you are doing so for entertainment purposes and that you fully understand the risk of losing. Never bet with money you cannot afford to lose or with borrowed funds.
Wager reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be given at least 14 days' notice via email, SMS, or an on-platform banner.
Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

For formal complaints, please email us with full details — including your account number, the date and time of the incident, and a description of the issue. Our resolution team will provide a formal response within 72 hours.
Any dispute between wager and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, both parties may refer the matter to a mutually agreed neutral mediator. For legal remedies, the jurisdiction of the licensing authority shall apply.
