Account & Registration

Simple Process All you need to open an account on wager is an active Bangladeshi mobile number. During registration, you'll provide your name, mobile number, and password. To make withdrawals, you'll need to complete KYC verification using your National ID or passport. The entire process takes just 2 minutes. To create a new account, on the registration page Go.

Each person may only register one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number or National ID will be detected automatically by the system. If multiple accounts are found, all bonuses will be forfeited and the accounts may be permanently suspended.

After logging in, go to the "Profile" section and navigate to the KYC area. Upload photos of the front and back of your National ID or passport, along with a selfie. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Withdrawals are not available without completing KYC.

On the login page, Click the "Forgot Password" option. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Verify your identity with the OTP and set a new password. The whole process is done in under 2 minutes.

After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. Wait 30 minutes or log in using the OTP method. If your account is permanently locked, contact support at support@wager-taka.com.

Deposits & Withdrawals

wager currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). Mobile Pay and Nagad are the fastest — typically instant. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The daily deposit limit is ৳50,000 and the daily withdrawal limit is ৳30,000. For larger withdrawals, notifying support in advance will help speed up the process.

Mobile Pay/Nagad balances typically update within 1–5 minutes. If more than 15 minutes have passed, contact live chat with your payment Transaction ID. Without a Transaction ID, quick resolution may not be possible — always keep a record.

Mobile Pay and Nagad withdrawals typically arrive within 30 minutes to 4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, KYC verification is completed first, then the payment is processed. Requests made between midnight and 8:00 AM will be processed during the next business hours.

Once the match result is confirmed, your winnings are automatically credited to your wager wallet — usually within 15–30 minutes of the match ending. You can then proceed to withdraw.

Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed. However, in certain situations — such as a match cancellation or changes made by the organizer — bets are automatically refunded. Always double-check all details carefully before placing a bet.
